The Tacks XR Pro protective gear is built for players who bring intensity to every shift, no matter the pressure, the speed, or the level of play. With impact-absorbing construction, and an adjustable fit that moves with you, each piece is designed with high performance material allowing full range of motion. The Tacks XR Pro protective gear delivers maximum coverage and comfort without the bulk.
Construction
These shin guards are designed with an extended foam calf guard. This design provides the shin guard with an anatomical design with extended calf protection, so that players can be covered in all areas, shielding them from impacts.
Knee Cap Protection
The JDP molded PE kneecaps are carefully designed to function as a strong shield against impact forces, with the purpose of distributing and rerouting these forces away from the vulnerable knee joint. By evenly dispersing pressure across a larger surface area, this creative design reduces the chance of harm in addition to absorbing the shock of impacts. Players are therefore able to move through high-contact scenarios with assurance since they know that their knees are protected.
Shin Caps
The shins are protected with a molded PE cap with JDP technology. This design gives the shin guards an anatomical fit that is constructed to deliver a high level of protection. The molded PE cap keeps players shin protected against force, reducing the risk of injury.
Strapping System
To keep the shin guards and protection they provide in place, CCM added an upper lock strap with a comfortable calf strap. This makes the shin guards incredibly comfortable and easily adjustable with the large landing, which when adjusted properly, it prevents the shin guards from sliding down and exposing areas that may get hit from impacts.
Liner
The inside of the shin guards feature a removable comfort liner with a D30 comfort donut. This removable comfort liner makes it easy to customize your fit while the D30 Zero adds impact and shock absorption to the liner.
